Is my contract sent anywhere?
No. The PDF or DOCX is read in your browser by local JavaScript code. The extension requests no network permission for your files: it could not send them even if it wanted to.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is an automatic keyword pre-scan, no AI, that flags clauses worth a closer look. It does not replace the advice of a lawyer and does not guarantee there are no other risks.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers general contracts (T&Cs, leases, services) with no time limit. Pro adds the employment contract library (fixed-term/permanent), the downloadable report and history.
How does the licence key work?
Gumroad emails you a key right after payment. Paste it once in the extension's options page: it is checked online at that moment, then stored locally. The extension then works offline.
How many machines can I use it on?
One licence covers up to 5 machines, in Chrome and Firefox.
Does the contract need to be in French?
The clause library targets French law; a contract written in another language will not be analysed correctly.
